Shipping policy

At Joray.pk, we strive to ensure a smooth and timely delivery experience for all our customers.

We deliver all across Pakistan, covering major cities as well as out-of-station areas.

All orders are processed promptly after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Regular orders are delivered within 3 to 4 working days.
Out-of-station orders are delivered within 5 working days.

Delivery timelines may vary slightly due to courier operations or unforeseen circumstances.

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. Prepaid payment options may also be available at checkout.

Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout and displayed before order confirmation.

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via SMS, email, or WhatsApp where applicable.
